Man placed on sex offenders register 2/9/11

Murdanie Mackinnon of 69 Parkend, Stornoway, admitted the offence when he appeared at Stornoway Sheriff Court.
He was told he would be bailed until background reports are prepared for sentencing next month.
The court heard that Mackinnon engaged the female in conversation and made advances towards her.
She went to walk away when he tried to put his arm around her shoulders but then he touched her breast.
