I enjoyed reading Dr Wilson's letter, and his preface "Well, well, well ..."
This reminded me of Shakespeare's "All's well, that ends well” and the famous quote: "All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players: they have their exits and their entrances ... "
Dr Wilson refers to the local council elections next May, suggesting that our present cohort of councillors must sit up and take note.
In particular, councillors are accused of having had the brass neck and pocketfulls
of taxpayers' money (really?) to threaten to take on the Scottish Government to challenge
their decision-
The building of new schools at a cost of £50 million has to date been well received:
on time and within budget. Little has been published about the PFI Facilities Management
contract signed up to for a cost of £45m (and probably rising over the years). PFI
