Roads closed due breaking seas 29/1/13
A number of low-
North Ford, Baleshare and Eriskay causeways as well as the route at Stinky Bay, Benbecula were shut as spray and seas broke over the roadways.
Traffic is not allowed over the Braighe causeway at Point, Lewis.
Police warned that all other roads were “severely affected by heavy spray and debris.”
People are advised not to travel tonight unless their journey is essential.
