Purrfect wisedom? 27/11/11
Sirs,
Not often you will see me quoting the bible but in the Judgement of Solomon we have
1Kings 3:16-
V25 And the king said: 'Divide the living child in two, and give half to the one, and half to the other.'
In this case I think both parties should be told that they will be both be liable for all costs involved in the case, no Legal Aid, no nothing.
Half of total costs for wasting police time, court fees and any other costs that are involved. Why are the courts allowing such trivial matters to get this far?
Also I notice that the cat is without a bell. Who is to be held responsible for the countless number of animals and birds that this predator has decimated? No wonder it is looking so well and contented.
