Opposed to gay marriage 4/1/12
Sirs,
In his letter of 1/1/12 under ‘A tolerant New Year to all’ it is certainly clear,
doubly clear and absolutely clear where Iain M MacDonald, from Uig, stands in his
views about the practice of homosexuality and same-
On behalf of everyone else in Lewis (and the whole of Scotland) who have not responded
to the Scottish Government’s consultation document on same-
Firstly, the One who originally constituted it, is against it. Yes, God is against it. His laws are against it. The Bible is against it. Absolute truth is against it. Righteousness is against it. Purity is against it. History is against it. Psychology is against it. Nature is against it. Proper marriage is against it. And a permissive society is against it. The latter has resulted in broken homes, broken families, and a broken Scotland. Furthermore, genuine Bible believing churches and genuine Bible believing Christians are against it. Even common sense is against it, and so is my small pocket Oxford Dictionary.
Through its legislative and equality agenda the Scottish (and UK) Government, homosexual activists and gay rights groups, seem to think that they are wiser than God. They frame and approve of laws, that are a gross violation of the Divine order and which the Divine lawgiver will not tolerate. No wonder the country is in the desperate state that it’s in. It is fast becoming like Sodom and Gomorrah. Let homosexual campaigners and all political parties with a ‘dead sea manifesto’ be warned: the power of God, and His law about the sin that prevailed in the cities of destruction, is as unchanging as God Himself.

one woman, then marriage can equally be redefined to mean anything else. While those

Having already redefined marriage in Canada and some states of the USA, cases for
these “alternative marriages” are now being pressed, and debated, in their Courtrooms.
Make no mistake about it, if same-
It is high time the Scottish Government and everyone else with a “gay agenda” woke
up from their deep slumber and listened well: only proper marriage is right and same-
