Sirs,

Umbrellas were fashionable at one time so one can hardly credit the Comhairle for coming forward with such a brilliant idea to make their staff walk to work like catwalk model.

But alas there is a down side for this fancy piece of hood - how can one keep dry the extremities? There is nothing worse than sitting with a wet bum; one could get a very nasty cold.

I am afraid that this brilliant idea should be binned right away rather than give rise for an excuse that one caught a severe cold trying to abide to hairbrained schemes.
