Teenager faces motoring charges 27/10/11
A Lewis man has to wait until the end of the year to find out if he will avoid punishment
after taking a break-
AJoseph Murray of 66 Upper Coll was due to get off lightly after been previously ordered to stay out of trouble by the courts. He had reacted emotionally when he went to his former partner’s flat to pick up his belongings and found another man there in January .

He is also accused of being unfit to drive and, as only he only held a provisional licence, he failed to be accompanied by a qualified driver and did not display L plates.
Both cases were called at Stornoway Sheriff Court this week. No plea was entered to the motoring charges. Both cases will return to court later.
