Mod fundraising 29/9/11
The sum of £1,000 has been raised for Mod 2011 from a ceilidh in North Uist. A full house at Carinish Hall was part of the local committee funding raising efforts.
The Mod piping competitions will take place in two weeks on Saturday the 15th of October at Sgoil Lionacleit.
Gaidhealach. Shinty lovers are also encouraged to attend the Mod shinty cup which will take place in Sgoil Lionacleit on the afternoon of the 15th.
This game will see Camanachd Uibhist battle it out on home ground against Camanachd Leòdhais
