Looking for musicians for Mod Fiddler’s Rally 10/10/11
Island based fiddlers who are interested in taking part in the Royal National Mod’s Fiddler’s Rally are being encouraged to make contact with An Comunn Gàidhealach in Stornoway.
The Rally will take place in Ionad Spòrs Leòdhais this Saturday and begins at 7.30pm.
A rehearsal will take place in Ionad Spòrs Leòdhais in the afternoon between 3pm and 6pm.
Those who are interested can collect the set pieces for the evening from An Comunn Gàidhealach’s office in Perceval Square in Stornoway.
Interested fiddlers who do not read music can go online to the news section of the Mod website at www.modnaneileansiar.com.
The Fiddler’s Rally is hugely popular and it would be fantastic to see local musicians support the event.
