Mobile phone theft 1/9/11
A Lewisman who stole a Blackberry mobile phone has been placed on a substance testing order for two years when he appeared at Stornoway Sheriff Court.
David Cherrie, 34, of 9 Cearn Hiort, Stornoway, had pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by finding.
