Old school for sale 27/12/12
Lionel old school and schoolhouse in Ness will be sold off in two parts.
The Comhairle-
One area will include the old school buildings and the community workshop, the other site includes the old schoolhouse and an area of land behind it.
Before the properties are advertised on the open market, community groups will be invited to express any interest in either of the sites.
Users of community workshop could bid for the premises as a community group in their own right or join with another local body to acquire either site.
