Janis Cerins of 13A Guershader, Lewis is expected to lose his driving licence after letting his brother use his car without insurance.

He also received six penalty points which means, as a new driver, the DVLA will automatically revoke his driving licence.
His lawyer Kevin Macpherson said Cerins had proper insurance but didn’t realise his brother was not covered.
