Body found on Luskentyre beach 20/9/11
A man has been found dead on the beach at Luskentyre.
A member of the public reported finding a body on the sands at 8.30am this morning.
Police say inquiries are being carried out, although there do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.
The man's next of kin are not yet aware, although several attempts have been made today to trace them.
A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
