Elior UK are looking to employ a General Assistant for our QinetiQ Hebrides operation, West Camp, Benbecula.

Permanent 30 Hours Driving Licence Essential

Core Duties will include:

Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environment policies and duty of care to our clients, customers and colleagues.

Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures

To ensure any incidents are reported in line with procedures.

To maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times

To be warm, friendly and genuine with excellent communication skills

Be adaptable, whilst able to conform strictly to Elior UK procedures and operating procedures and rules

Ability to establish strong relationships with colleagues and customers and maintain professional image at all times

Methodical, thorough with persistence to see a job through to conclusion

Accountable for ensuring that all aspects of the Elior experience are communicated and embedded within the team supporting the Service Champion as appropriate.

SPECIFICATION

The successful candidate must self -motivated & able to work without close supervision, work out of normal hours & complete tasks on time. Experience in a similar role is advantageous but training will be provided.
