Free smoke alarms 1/10/11
The islands’ fire brigade is offering to provide and install free smoke alarms to homes where they are needed.
The Highlands and Islands Fire and Rescue Service also provides household safety checks to assess any potential fire risk to family and home.
Advice is also offered on prevention, detection and escape as well as discussing a fire action plan for people living in your property.
