Delayed ferry 31/7/11
The Stornoway ferry was stuck at her berth for two and a half hours this afternoon because of a fouled propeller.
A Cal Mac spokesman said: “Sailing was delayed while divers removed a rope from the propellers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
The MV Isle of Lewis left for Ullapool around 5pm and made up a little bit of time on the return crossing. She is due back in Stornoway at 11.15pm tonight .
