Upgrade for Daliburgh Post Office 22/9/11
Daliburgh Post Office has been awarded £12,000 for a Scottish Government diversification fund to improve the building. The money will help provide disabled access and upgrading the interior.
The existing PO counter, shelving and partition wall will be swapped for a new counter, flooring, rewiring, new storage heaters plus wall shelving and shop fittings.
Last year the neighbouring Lochboisdale Post Office received £25,000 to establish a cafe and make building improvements including a new disabled access toilet
