Community payback order 27/11/11
Lewisman William Smith was placed on a community payback order at Stornoway Sheriff Court this week.
Smith,54, previously pleaded guilty to shouting and swearing at his home on 10th October.
He has been banned from drinking alcohol and must keep away from his former address of 11 Doig Crescent, Stornoway, for 12 months.
