A visiting yacht risking sinking after it started taking on water while attempting to cross the Minch.
Stornoway coastguard helicopter was despatched to lower an emergency pump onto the stricken vessel which was sailing between Stornoway and Loch Ewe on Sunday.
Stornoway RNLI lifeboat launched to the incident and escorted the 15-
The vessel's crew is a couple from Nova Scotia who are sailing around the west coast.
