Mary F MacLeod from Vatersay has won £500 off her fuel bill after winning an energy survey.
She was chosen at random from participants across the Western Isles who responded to a questionnaire from Tighean Innse Gall (TIG).
TIG advisory teams conducted the survey during the summer shows and gala days across islands.
As well as being able to provide face to face advice to people on the day, referrals were also taken for those requiring additional help including insulation surveys, which allowed some to access available measures.
A delighted Mrs MacLeod said: “I won't have to worry about putting my heaters on this winter.
