Uist, Benbecula and Barra may get the worst of the weather.
Blustery conditions are due on Saturday with frequent outbreaks of rain.
Gale force winds are are predicted for the Western Isles on Sunday and Monday.
Strong gusts and heavy seas are expected off South Uist and Barra.
