Van blown onto shore

In the Braighe area of Point, Lewis, Alasdair Macleod found his hired van blown over a fence and onto the shore during Friday’s violent storm.

Fierce winds pushed the Arnold Clark-rented vehicle over the edge onto the shingle.

It was being recovered earlier before the tide came in.
