There are two RNLI lifeboats in Stornoway this weekend as the 'Roger & Joy Freeman' joins the town's 'Tom Sanderson' lifeboat berth.
The Stornoway RNLI lifeboat 'Tom Sanderson' will leave the islands for six months on Monday when she travels to Girven for a major refit, including being fitted with new engines.
The Stornoway crew brought the relief lifeboat 'Roger & Joy Freeman' up from Troon
this week, leaving Troon on Tuesday morning and stopping off at Islay, Tobermoray
and Mallaig before arriving in Stornoway on Wednesday evening.
