An alleged shop breaking trial has been postponed.
Two fisherman are accused of stealing money, tobacco products and a business cheque from Cross Stores in Ness in November last year.
Shane Warren, 32, of Buckie, and Duncan Calder, 45, were originally due to face trial this month.
The trial has now been rescheduled to take place in February at Stornoway Sheriff Court.
