Trainee Receptionist / Administrator
We are a busy office based in Benbecula looking for a Trainee Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone with the drive and initiative to learn and adapt to various tasks.
The position is for an immediate start.
Job Type: Full-
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-
You will be required to take charge of the following
duties:
- Answering, directing phone calls and taking accurate messages
- Filing and general back office duties.
- Ordering parts / materials from suppliers where necessary
This role has potential for candidates looking to gain office administration experience.
As well as your above duties, your role will include supporting the office administrators
in their duties.
You will be required to have the following attributes/experience:
- Good phone manner
- Punctuality
- Some experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-
task - Excellent communication skills -
both verbally and written
