Traffic offences 27/9/14
George Mowat, 26, of 9 New Garrabost, Point, Lewis, has been fined £575 and received a six month driving ban over traffic offences at Stornoway Sheriff Court.
He pleaded guilty to using a car without insurance and a Mot.
In addition, he kept the unlicensed car on the public road and he used it with one of its tyres not properly inflated.
