Telephone plug offence 7/4/14
Angus James Macintyre of 6 North Lochneynort, South Uist, has pleaded guilty to behaving
in a threatening or abusive manner.
At Stornoway Sheriff Court on Monday, the 63-year-old admitted shouting, swearing,
making offensive remarks and unplugging a telephone on Friday afternoon.
Sheriff David Sutherland deferred sentence for background reports.
Macintyre was bailed to a relative’s house at 5 South Lochneynort, South Uist, on
condition he does not go near his usual address.
