A teenager who assaulted another man has been fined.

Lee Macbratney of 18 Constable Road, by Stornoway, pleaded guilty to injuring the male by headbutting him in Bank Street, Stornoway, on 14 December.

The 19-year-old was fined £300 - discounted from £450 for his early plea - when sentenced at Stornoway Sheriff Court on Friday.
