About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager to inspire, lead & motivate
a dynamic & curious team. The role is to lead a team of agents who case manage complaints
to an extremely high standard which protects and sustains the integrity of TalkTalk

Your main responsibilities will be:
- You will plan, problem solve and have excellent operational awareness to ensure you team meets the ever changing goals & challenges of the department and the business.
- You will be responsible for the day-
to- day activities and guidance of your team, setting targets, implement guidelines, and assisting with any issues your agents may have. You will ensure that all team members understand the team’s objectives and work together to achieve it.
- Constantly monitoring, coaching and developing to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.
- You will encourage and promote a cohesive, creative and comfortable working environment, mediating any interpersonal issues within the team, providing leadership and direction where necessary.
- You will know about team strategies, working with remote teams, using technology, workplace diversity, management styles and mediation.
- To get the most from your team, you will work continuously to develop the individuals in the group. As such, fantastic communication skills are essential.
