Ionad Hiort aims to build a world-class remote access St Kilda Centre on the cliff tops of Uig. We are now looking to recruit two members of staff to complete short-term fixed contract assignments as we enter an exciting phase in our project’s development.

SYMPOSIUM ORGANISER

The post will be part-time and home-based with some occasional travel and evening work. Involving a total of 31 days work, it will run from April to August 2016, reporting weekly to the committee of Ionad Hiort.

The job purpose is to organise an Ionad Hiort/ St Kilda Centre Symposium to be held over two days in Stornoway and Uig during August 2016.

The symposium will bring together all of Ionad Hiort's key stakeholders for the launch and debate of the IH Prospectus & Business Plan.

Salary will be £15,860 - 20,880 pro rata, depending on experience plus travel and communication expenses as agreed in advance with the chair of Ionad Hiort.
