Barra lifeboat went to the aid of a stricken yacht this afternoon.
The chartered motorsailer, the Goldrush, with four people onboard got into trouble some six miles east of Vatersay after a rope got caught in her propeller.
The lifeboat launched around 5pm and towed the vessel back to Castlebay.
