Stornoway leans towards No vote 19/9/14
Stornoway has voted No it appears.
Initial ballot boxes of Stornoway have revealed a No result – but the Yes/No piles of voting papers are in a very close climb.
No campaigner and former Western Isles MSP Alastair Morrison said: “It’s very very early but we’re very encouraged with showing so far.”
