Driver dies following road accident 17/8/14
A driver involved in an one vehicle crash on Lewis has been pronounced dead.
The man was behind the wheel of a blue-
The vehicle was being driven in the direction of Stornoway.
The sole male occupant of the vehicle was conveyed by ambulance to Western Isles Hospital.
The man was later declared dead.
Specialist officers from the road policing unit in Dingwall travelled to Lewis to carry out enquiries.
Police Scotland request that anyone who witnessed the collision to contact them on phone number 101.
