Stornoway RNLI lifeboat station is hosting an open day on Saturday.
People can look around the lifeboat in the afternoon.
The event commences at 12 noon with stalls and bouncy castle and music by Rock Island Line by the station in the port's Cromwell Street quay.
A 5k walk and run in aid of lifeboat funds is taking place earlier on Saturday.
Participants are setting off at 11am with registration taking place from an hour beforehand at the lifeboat station.
