Silent Labour

Sirs,

At very short notice we have another general election and the local Labour candidate has already spoken twice on your pages. On each occasion she has personally attacked the sitting MP but so far we know nothing of her policies!

Let us hope that over the next few weeks the candidates concentrate more on policy and less on attacks of a personal nature.
