Shoplifter in court

A man has received a fine for stealing a quantity of alcohol from a Stornoway retail outlet.

Garry Macleod, of Kenneth Street, Stornoway, admitted the charge at Stornoway Sheriff Court.

The 64-year-old was fined £200 over the offence which took place in February last year.
