We are currently recruiting for a Senior Marine Operative for our sites in East Loch Tarbert. Under the direction of the Site Manager, the SMO will lead a small team in all the day to day operations of the site and will assume responsibility for staff, vessels and equipment.
Applicants must have proven leadership, fish husbandry and organisational abilities and good numeric and IT skills.
Ideally the successful applicant will also hold an Advanced Powerboat certificate (or similar). The successful applicant must also be committed to high standards of health and safety of staff and understand the importance of environmental issues. Current, clean driving licence is essential.
