Senior Harvest Operative

Salary: £20,065 plus Unsocial Hours

The Scottish Salmon Company is a leading independent producer of high quality Scottish Salmon. We are committed to high standards of animal welfare, sustainable operations and promoting a responsible environmental policy.

The Harvest team based at our onshore Harvest Station at Arnish, ensures the efficient supply of fish to our Marybank Plant each morning in time for processing.

You will have a responsible attitude and work as directed by the Harvest Manager or his/her deputy in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the department, efficiently and effectively. In addition, undertaking maintenance and control of all equipment and machinery within your area and ensuring that all maintenance jobs are carried out in a timely, safe and responsible manner. You will work with the highest of hygiene and quality standards, ensuring best practice as well as customer satisfaction, are reached. Due to the nature of the business, flexibility is essential and some extended shifts and weekend work may be required to meet production targets.

In addition to basic salary, an Unsocial Hours Payment of £15 per night is payable for hours worked between 10pm and 6am. To apply, please contact:
