So much for the ‘air fare wars.’ Between them, Flybe and Loganair cannot muster a flight to get passengers from Benbecula to Inverness until 5.40pm whereas in previous years, Benbecula passengers could arrive at the Highland capital every morning.
Yet this is called ‘progress’ by the airlines, absolutely nothing new here at all. We all hear when there are‘new flights’ but never about the ones that are scrapped but then marketing is all about profit and not passengers.
