SENIOR MARINE OPERATIVE: GROSEBAY & STOCKINISH

We are recruiting for a Senior Marine Operative for our Grosebay & Stockinish sites in Harris.
Under the direction of the Site Manager, the SMO will lead a small team in all the day to day operations of the site and will assume responsibility for staff, vessels and equipment.
Applicants must have proven leadership, fish husbandry and organisational abilities and good numeric and IT skills.
The successful applicant must also be committed to high standards of health and safety of staff and understand the importance of environmental issues.
Current, clean driving licence is essential.
Hours are 40 per week Monday to Friday, with weekend working required on a rota basis. We operate a generous company pension scheme and annual leave entitlement is 31 days.
