2 Marine Site Managers
Location: Gravir & East Loch Roag
(Competitive salary dependent on skills & experience)
Following internal promotions, we are now looking to recruit 2 Site Managers for our production sites at Gravir and Eughlam on the Isle of Lewis
Marine Site Managers are responsible for managing their salmon sites to the highest standards and applicants should either be:
- Experienced and enthusiastic salmon farmers with strong leadership qualities, proven organisational skills and ready to assume managerial responsibility
OR
- Have strong/proven managerial, organisational, IT and administrative skills with an interest/understanding of the fish farming industry and prepared to develop in to the role.
A full, clean driving licence is essential together with a willingness to travel as and when required.
The roles report to the Production Manager and you will be involved in the further development of your sites and your team, using our industry leading Competency Framework to assess and develop their skills.
As a Site Manager you will also demonstrate our Values of Pride, Passion and Provenance with a commitment to the safety and welfare of your staff, to the livestock within your control and to the local community, environment and beyond.
