Sales Assistants
With the development of our digital & virtual website being complete, we are pleased to now be able to provide local job opportunities for the right individuals to join our team as we begin to target and provide worldwide sales and increase the awareness of our website.
The successful candidates are required to have good communication & grammar skills, be good at negotiating and have good attention to detail.
BASIC INFORMATION
Starting Date: February 25th
Work Location: Online – Home based
Hours – Flexible
The employee chooses when to start and end work (within agreed limits) but works certain ‘core hours’, e.g. 7pm to 11pm.
Payment: Daily of the market sales profit consisting of 30% with the availability to continually increase payments as the traffic increases as a result of sponsorships, affiliates and ad campaigns being made.
Training: Will be provided with an overview of how the website works.
Reporting: The individual would report or provide feedback to the site manager.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- To continually increase the web traffic for the game market the individual is set to work on, this would involve using the sites referral system and trying to sign YouTube channels, Twitch streamers and websites related to the market you are working on for the site.
- Provide customer support through email and our website chat support.
- Work with suppliers and power levelers of the site on our trader portal system to ensure a customers order delivery time is kept minimal waiting time.
- Suggest large traffic based YouTube channels to site manager to take under consideration for a sponsorship.
- Actively publish posts and tweets on our social accounts.
- Provide input and feedback to site manager on areas of the site that has been reported or you think to be updated to simplify and enhance a customers experience.
- Run weekly email newsletter campaigns with the sites own app, to promote and entice sales for customers that have accepted marketing, a designer will be available for this.
It is desirable but not required that you have either an interest in gaming or would be able to negotiate well due to the challenging conversations you would get into at times with a YouTube channel owner over sponsorship costs.
Please note: The available positions would be suitable for someone looking for a part time job or an additional source of income. The site is quite new on top of the other ones part of the company, it will take a couple of months before the required traffic can begin to enable full time positions when we will look to consider going into an office based setup in Stornoway. This will offer long term, career opportunities to the right people who join us due to the availability to sell worldwide as well as us looking to increase the product list and site features that we have planned for the site in the near future.
