Road resurfacing works are being carried out in the Stornoway area over the coming weeks.

Breedon Hebrides are contracted to undertake the works.

To ensure the safety of the public and the efficiency of the works, residents and visitors are kindly asked not to park vehicles on these streets during the scheduled works and follow suggested diversion routes.

Temporary traffic management measures will be in place, however some disruption should be expected.

Streets affected are:

A866 Sandwick. Stoneyfield Junction – 16 June

A866 Sandwick Road – 16–25 June

Church Street – 17–19 June

Keith Street – 18–27 June

Goathill Road – 18 June–1 July

Creed Park – 19 June–4 July
