Retail & Marketing Assistant

We are seeking to recruit a retail & marketing assistant within our co-operative business. This is an important role within Lewis Crofters and as such will comprise a variety of duties. As a retailer with a wide range of products and services there will be a requirement to work at a fast pace in a methodical manner as you integrate into our busy team.

This role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities and will require drive to ensure operations and customer value are prioritised. The chosen candidate will have excellent work planning and be able to excel in a fast-paced environment in an organised way. You will be experienced in customer and supplier relations and always represent Lewis Crofters in a professional manner.

Part of this role will include planning and delivery against our marketing objectives, so an ability to implement marketing principles whilst working alone is key and both creativity and initiative are required to excel in this part of the role.

Salary : £18,500

Hours : 37.5 per week (5 days Mon – Sat)
