Tighean Innse Gall (TIG) is the local Energy and Development Agency for the Western Isles. Working in partnership, we deliver energy efficiency and housing projects through our Insulation and Development sections, offer impartial energy advice via our Energy Advisory Service (TEAS) and manage the Western Isles Care & Repair and Home Safety services.

Part-time Receptionist (22.5 hours p/w)

Mon-Fri - 12:30 pm - 5.00 pm

Fixed term contract to 31st March 2018

Salary Scale: £17,369 p.a. Grade PA01 (pro rata)

(Including islands allowance)

25 days annual leave and 15 public holidays (pro rata)

TIG is seeking a highly competent individual to assist in the administration of our front line services with a particular responsibility for handling all telephone and reception enquiries. We are committed to providing excellent customer care and expect candidates to display attention for detail and to demonstrate an ability to deal courteously with clients and business partners at all times.

The successful applicant will have some experience in MS Office and general office skills. A relevant qualification or training will be an advantage.
