You will be responsible for the development of information sharing across the Outer
Hebrides Community Planning Partners, particularly in relation to vulnerable children
and adults, and their families. You will be engaging with practitioners across the
OHCPP to inform solutions to improving information sharing. You will establish a
multi-
Educated to Degree Level OR proven experience in a relevant field of work, you will have proven successful project management with proven experience of interagency and partnership working and experience in successfully engaging with a wide variety of people. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively with other Agencies/Bodies and be able to take an analytical approach to information and act on findings.
