Prince Philip boards royal cruise in Stornoway 27/7/10
Prince Philip has joined the Queen on her cruise around the Western Isles.
The MV Hebridean Princess, flying the Royal Standard from her mainmast, docked in Stornoway harbour for a few hours yesterday to await the Duke of Edinburgh as he flew onto the island.
He boarded with Prince Edward and his wife Sophie, Countess of Wessex.
Some of the royals, including Princess Anne went to see the sights on a coach tour around Lewis.
A Royal Navy frigate is guarding the royal luxury cruise liner at sea.
