A little history lesson and a gentle reminder for some of your regular SNP letter
writers about Tory/SNP political stitch-
First the reminder about previous elections. In 1951,1955 and 1959 Scotland voted Tory; we got a Tory Government. In 1964 Scotland voted Labour, we got a Labour Government, however England voted Tory. In 1966 Scotland voted Labour; we got a Labour Government.
In 1974 (February) Scotland voted Labour; we got a Labour Government, however England
voted Tory. Later in 1974 (October) Scotland voted Labour; we got a Labour Government.
In 1979, 1983, 1987 &1992 we had Tory Governments thanks to the motion of No Confidence
in Jim Callaghan’s Labour Government tabled by the SNP. The SNP were the mid-
Speaking in London recently Nicola Sturgeon implored the Welsh to vote for Plaid Cymru, the English she said should vote Green, and Scotland should vote for her Party, and yet incredibly, she says she wants to see a Labour Prime Minister in No 10. How exactly does that happen if we follow her advice? Where are these votes going to come from?
Just as in 1979 the, SNP are the Tories little helpers. The people are seeing through their bluff and bluster and that will be evident when the votes are counted.
