Four penalty points has been imposed on an islander's driving licence for speeding.
Colin Knape of Shawbost also received a £200 fine when his case called at Stornoway Sheriff Court.
The motorist was caught in a police speed check around 9.30am at Achmore, Lewis, on 4 June doing 66mph when the maximum limit.
