Greg MacDonald (Letters 26 October) takes me to task for conducting Google searches. He suggests that such searches produce results that promote exaggerated and unproven claims of miracle cures. I daresay the irony will be lost on him.
Mr MacDonald asserts that a democratically elected government is engaging in 'religious persecution' by intervening to stop physical abuse of children. I presume he realises this does rather confirm the point I was making as I stated in my original letter.
